Each and every treatment is tailored to suit your needs, with an in-depth consultation to discuss treatment options before hand.
Once a treatment has concluded, we have five minutes to discuss how the treatment was and have a glass of water. On-going aftercare options can be discussed, this will aid the healing benefits of the massage, to make long lasting positive effects on the body.
My Massage has a clinic set up in the remote Cotswold countryside, and one located near Stroud, while also offering mobile massage on the move, so we can travel to you.
