Cancellation Policy

In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding treatment experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for therapists’ time, I have adopted the following policies:

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please give us as much notice as possible. Please be aware that appointments cancelled within a 24 hour notice period or if you do not turn up for your appointment – may incur the full charge of the treatment.

Rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours or less will incur our late cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment price. If your reason for changing or cancelling the booking is due to exceptional, an emergency or unforeseen circumstances (including developing symptoms of Covid-19) then we may waive any fees.
